Bookings are Saturday to Saturday; short breaks by arrangement in low season only. Please arrive after 4pm, call at our house for the key and vacate by 10am on day of departure. Please respect our no smoking rule - smoking is only allowed in the cottage conservatory and not at all in the Lodge. Rates include all electricity, fuel and linen. 10% non-refundable deposit payable on booking, balance due one calendar month before arrival. Refunds for emergency cancellations received less than one month before start of holiday are at our discretion,so please take out cancellation insurance if you think it necessary. If you have a PayPal account you can arrange payment by major credit card by e-mailing funds in pounds sterling, euros or US dollars to us. (please add 4% handling charge to cover transfer fees). We reserve the right to change prices at any time: you pay the price agreed at the time of booking.
